The Environmental Committee meets monthly, the first Monday of the month. On this month's agenda, they will be discussing a number of items that includes
The Board of Directors is holding a Florida Statute Chapter 720 membership vote affirming the Association's authority to pursue the litigation against those involed in the development, design, and constructions of the Bellalago and Isles of Bellalago common areas, as well as the construction of the townhomes. It is very important that you are either present, vote electronically, or complete a proxy in order for the Association to continue litigation. This meeting will be held via Zoom as well as in-person at the Bellalago Rec Center.
Notices have been sent either by email (if registered for electronic voting) of by United States Postal Service.
The ARC meets twice monthly.
This committee meets to review applications for changes to the outside of homes. These applications could include such changes as paint colors, roof replacements, landscaping updates, fencing, patios, pools and any other visible alterations. The committee reviews each request carefully to ensure it complies with the community's governing documents, with the Architectural Review Requirements document, design guidelines, and architectural standards.
All owners are welcome to attend and observe the committee in action.

The Executive Committee meets in conjunction with the Ad Hoc Election Committee the second Tuesday of every month.
The committee chairs get together every month to update each other on what is going on in their particular committee and to collaborate on ideas.

The Board of Directors for Bellalago and Isle of Bellalago meet to conduct the official business of the community. Directors review and discuss ongoing projects, make decisions on contracts, and vote on matters that impact our community. Homeowners are encouraged to attend.
Some new business items are not voted on before allowing the opportunity for individual owners, present at the meeting, to speak before the board discusses and votes on the matter. Additionally, any owner present at the meeting can speak for up to 3 minutes, at the end of the meeting, on anything related to Association business regarding concerns or questions they have.
The agenda is posted 48 hours in advance at the Bellalago Rec Center and an email sent to all owners providing the agenda as well as the zoom meeting information. Zoom is provided for observation only.
